Ski Show!
So last weekend I headed down to Glasgow to demo at the Scottish Ski Show in the SECC. I was a crazy set up with a scaffold jump that had a weird kind of snow flex on it and a sloped airbag as a landing which had mat on it.
I was one of a handful of riders demoing and we did 20 min shows at 11, 1, 3 and 5. It was good to catch up with everyone and check out all the stalls and other stuff that was going on.
I was doing back flip’s, front flip’s and some 3′s as it was really hard to set up on the run in. The crowd was awesome and so was the Syndicate MC Sketch!
It was a great weekend and I can’t wait for next year!!!!
Cheers, Angus!

Tux so far!
Hey guys, so far Hintertux has been amazing had a great couple of weeks shredding with the GB Freestyle Team and learning all sorts of new stuff! Unfortunately weather has not been perfect but the next few days look set to be the best of the trip!
At the moment my main focus is getting air time on the pro-line as the run-up to Freeze begins. It has been awesome riding with fellow Quik team mates Woodsy and Billy, so hopefully we can get a mad session on the big ones tomorrow!
During the down days we have been doing lots of yoga, skating, trampolining and cycling keeping fit and healthy for the next days riding. It has been a great experience staying with team and can’t wait to get the season started! Austria is a wonderful country, the valley is so peaceful, the sounds of the cow bells wherever you go make it feel really traditional! The people are friendly and I am looking forward to coming back later in the year to shred the Penken kickers!
Stay tuned for the GB Podcast from the trip and of course any further updates!
Cheers, Jamie

Skiers Trust and Westbeach
Just last week I received a grant from the Skiers Trust of Great Britain for £1000! I was so happy about getting it as I was not expecting to be going away this season because of my higher’s. I will now be attending various camps in the UK and might mean I have enough to go abroad as well. Thanks very much!
Yesterday I competed in the “Westbeach In & Out” series at Bearsden. It was a really fun comp and it was good to get back riding dry slope and see all the guys from down there. Our category was really tough, everyone was killing it! I was really happy to make it through to the final but didn’t have the consistency of the others to get to the super final. I managed to land a fs 7 tail, which I was stoked on and also f3 tuck knee’s and bs 3′s!
Congrats to Danny, Marc and Stew to getting on the podium and Westbeach for a sick event!
Hintertux
So far I have had an awesome time in Tux! First two days were amazing bluebird, got my legs back and managed to learn a couple of new tricks including a boardslide fs underflip on the pole jam!
We had a nice down day chilling and recovering then headed up the next day to find the pro-line closed. In the end we spent the day cruising the smaller jumps and I learnt cab 900s which I was stoked on as it was a trick on my to do list for this trip. All in all an awesome few days.
Bad weather today so heading to Innsbruck for a skate, should be sick!
